Ordering Process


Step ONE.         Contact me with the details of your project. I will get back to you within 48 hours.
Step TWO.       When your project details is agreed upon, send your deposit to reserve your space in the calendar. If you have stationery, this is the time to mail it out.
Step THREE.   Your calligraphy magic happens here
Step FOUR:      Once your art is done, I will send you a final invoice.
Step FIVE:        Upon receipt of payment, your artwork will be sent!


Please inquire early to reserve your space. We are usually booked up months in advance.

A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your space in the calendar. This amount will be applied to your final invoice.

Please proofread and format address and/or guest lists exactly as it should be written. Lists must be sent in a PDF format.

Finished art will be mailed via USPS Priority. FedEx and UPS options are also available.

Guest lists and stationery must arrive to us at least 3 days before your assigned start date. A rushed fee will be applied to late lists or stationery and you may risk losing your place and deposit.

If you are providing stationery, please send a minimum of 15% extra in case of mistakes, changes or last minute additions. Any mistakes on our part will be redone for free, but any additions received after the art is mailed will be charged a $25.00 setup fee. Invoices will be sent via PayPal.
